1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Angel Star Bakery website and your purchase of products from Angel Star Bakery (ABN 71 337 212 108), operated by Gracy Francis, with its principal place of business at Unit 1640, 9 Maple Tree Road, Westmead NSW 2145 ("we," "us," "our").
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Products
3.1 Baked Goods — Made Fresh
All our products are freshly baked to order. Product availability may vary depending on the season, ingredient availability, and order volume. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients of equivalent quality if required, and will notify you before proceeding.
3.2 Allergen Notice
Our products may contain or be produced in an environment that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, soy, and other allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to disclose any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order. Angel Star Bakery will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free product.
3.3 Pricing
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST (10%) will be applied at checkout. The delivery fee of $10.00 is inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.
4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Placing Orders
Orders must be placed at least 24–36 hours in advance via our website. We will send a phone notification to confirm your order and scheduled time. An order is only confirmed once you receive this notification from us.
4.2 Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes to an order may be accepted if notified at least 12 hours before the scheduled preparation time.

Cancellations received at least 12 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may result in a partial or no refund, as ingredients and preparation may have already commenced.
4.3 Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise arranged.
5. Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection are governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy above, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including the Angel Star Bakery name, logo, product images, and descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Angel Star Bakery and is protected under Australian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angel Star Bakery's total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
